Wrong Item

You may return any unused product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Contact us at 624handcrafted@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return to initiate the process.  You should expect to receive your refund within 7 to 10 days of us receiving your return.

Damaged Item

We take extra precautions to prevent damage during shipping, but occasionally damage does occur.  If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at 624handcrafted@gmail.com.  Please include your order number, and attach a photo of the damaged package and product so we can file a claim with the carrier.  We will send a replacement to you at no cost.
